Incredibly beautiful hotel, spent our time lovely. The rooms were amazingly comfortable and cozy with lovely views and attached bathrooms and the garden as described. The location was stunning and beautiful - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Mount Pleasant district was worth exploring...

Absolutely loved the cozy rooms and Brenda's delightful breakfast spread with homemade goodies! the access to the sun terrace and garden area was just the cherry on top for unwinding and soaking in the stunning views of Christchurch. 🌥️

Had 3 nights in Christchurch, spending my time here lovely. I had exceptionally nice room here with attached bathrooms and lovely views of the garden. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bathrobes was a bonus.

The breakfast here was fantastic 🥐. They served fresh fruit and tasty jam, everything you could ask for was available.

Great spot! 🌄 This place is super clean and is perfectly situated close to the mountains, sea, city, bay, and surrounding area in the South Island.

340 Deg Alps & Sea Bed & Breakfast offers a peaceful paradise with breathtaking views. the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Brenda's personal touches and delicious breakfast, including homemade preserves and fresh bread, make guests feel pampered. the accommodation is a sensory delight, and a must-visit for a relaxing getaway.

Mist occasionally obstructs views. No other complaints.

The location was excellent, just off a wonderful garden with amazing views, the bay and surrounding area and the hillside with picture postcard wide view of sea. My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. Such a main attraction as Lyttelton Town was 2 miles from this hotel.

we had the most incredible stay at 340 deg Alps & Sea Bed & Breakfast. brenda's hospitality was outstanding, the house is beautifully decorated, and the room had a private entrance with a stunning view. we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fruits from the garden and received great recommendations for the area.

Our family had an amazing time at the hotel overlooking the stunning Alps & Sea. Brenda's hospitality made us feel right at home with her delicious meals and cozy accommodations. the kids loved exploring the area and we all enjoyed the beautiful views together.

My kids wished for a play area on the premises.

Brenda's warm hospitality, stunning views, and meticulously decorated rooms made me feel pampered. the homemade breakfast was a highlight, although the presence of a dog may not suit everyone. a relaxing retreat for adults in Christchurch.
